The McKittrick Hotel is an event space located in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood. The space was first home to nightclubs and later warehouses, but the immersive theatre company Punchdrunk bought the space in 2011 and refashioned it to resemble a hotel for its show *Sleep No More*, which runs there today. The company also created a fictional backstory for the McKittrick: It was a luxury hotel built in the 1930s, got shuttered just before opening, and went unused for decades until *Sleep No More* arrived.

The McKittrick is named for a fictional hotel in the Alfred Hitchcock movie *Vertigo*. The venue houses a restaurant, the Gallow Green; a bar, the Manderley; and a lounge and performance space, the Club Car.
